Throughlineby Axiom
The fine print, in plain English

Privacy policy

Effective October 1, 2026

The short version: we collect business contact information so we can talk with contractors about Throughline. We don't sell it, we don't rent it, and we don't hand it to anybody for their own marketing. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Who we are

Throughline is a product of Axiom Industries, LLC (“Axiom,” “we,” “us”), based in Richmond, Texas. This policy covers throughlinebyaxiom.com, our Throughline sending domains, our LinkedIn company page and ads, and the email, phone, and text conversations we have with you about Throughline.

What we collect

What you give us

  • Walkthrough request form on this site: name, company, email, phone, and — if you choose — your role, the tools you run today, and any notes.
  • LinkedIn lead forms: when you submit a form on one of our LinkedIn ads, LinkedIn sends us the fields shown on that form (for example, your name, work email, company, and job title). LinkedIn's handling of that data is covered by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
  • Scheduling: if you book a time through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and the details you enter, and shares them with us.
  • Conversations: what you tell us by email, phone, or text.

What we collect from other sources

Throughline is sold to businesses. To reach contractors who may be a fit, we collect business contact information — name, job title, company, work email, work phone, company website, and LinkedIn profile URL — from commercial business-contact databases and from public sources such as company websites and LinkedIn. We use an email verification service to check that addresses are valid before we write.

What we collect automatically

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies, and our pages set no cookies of their own. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to operate and secure the site. Our outreach emails are plain text with no open or click tracking.

If we ever add analytics or an ad-tracking tag (such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag), we will update this policy before it goes live.

How we use it

  • To answer your request, set up a walkthrough, and follow up on it.
  • To contact businesses about Throughline by email, phone, or LinkedIn.
  • To keep records of who we've contacted and who has asked not to be contacted, so we honor those requests.
  • To run, secure, and improve this website.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who handle it for us, under their own terms:

  • Website hosting and form handling (Netlify)
  • Scheduling (Calendly)
  • Email delivery and outreach tools, and our email providers
  • Business-contact data and email verification providers
  • LinkedIn, for our company page, ads, and lead forms

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

Emails, calls, and texts

Every outreach email from us tells you how to stop hearing from us. Reply “unsubscribe,” or email hello@throughlinebyaxiom.com, and we'll take you off the list. If you text us, we'll text you back about your question.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and conversation records while there's an active or potential business relationship, and for a reasonable period after that for our records. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only what we need to make sure you aren't contacted again. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email hello@throughlinebyaxiom.com or call (832) 852-8361. We'll confirm the request comes from you and respond within 45 days. Residents of states with their own privacy laws, including Texas, may have additional rights under those laws, and we'll honor them.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children

This site and our outreach are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
